Humans always seem to be running around, stressed out about one thing or another.  I get the impression that they don’t know how to truly relax. Me? I’m pretty good at relaxing.

So here are some tips to get started on living the Oxbow way: Do a few deep stretches, find a comfortable place to sit or lie down, focus your gaze on something pleasant, and think about nothing but the sound of your own breathing, or in my case, purring.

That’s it! Repeat these steps in between meals and naps, and you’ll be on your way to a carefree, happy life!

  1. Dear Mr. Oxbow, you are the expert of relaxation. Us humans can learn a lot about well being from our 4 legged furry friends. Focus on the present moment and breathe easy…and of course frequent naps!
