Swinging for the fences

startled

So there I was yesterday, just chilling on the bed, when a loud noise startled me to attention. A large tree limb that had been dangling precariously since last week’s snowstorm was finally liberated by the wind and went crashing through our neighbor’s fence.

Is it just me, or does Mother Nature seem especially angry lately?

  1. Dear Mr. Oxbow, we are now experiencing the effects of climate change in no uncertain terms. The temperature extremes, the vehemence of natural disasters like fires, floods, hurricanes and “bomb-cyclones” seem to be occurring with greater frequency and ferocity. Felines and human alike are bewildered by the destruction.
I totally agree that Mother Nature is not happy with how climate change was ignored for so very long. The folks that deny climate change is real have now decimated the EPA, the FDA and the dept of the Interior, so climate destroying businesses can continue to ravage the earth.
