I will confess that I lost this round of Squirrel Standoff, but only because I was hungry for breakfast and gave up the contest when I heard Mama G coming down the stairs.

I happen to have squirrels that are anxiously awaiting my sunflowers to bloom with lots of luscious seeds to be plundered. Of course my “cirque de soleil” squirrels will have to wait, because they already plundered the sunflower seeds that were supposed to grow into sunflowers. It has been quite a struggle to get seedlings…
